Media Presentation on DVD with 8-page Guide in Binder. "Morning Chores and Other Times Remembered by Hadley Read." Put to music and illustrated with images.(12 minutes)  The times remembered are threshing, being part of a family, going to town on Saturday night, and enjoying a winter wash day night; all as a young boy growing up on an Iowa farm during the Depression. Closed-captioned DVD.

Sing-Along Songs and Fiddle Music on CD with Guide in Binder. Sing-along songs: "Skip to My Lou", "The Farmer is the Man", "The Old Oaken Bucket", and "Little Brown Jug". Then, ten minutes of toe-tapping barn dance tunes from Wisconsin's state champion fiddle player.

 25 Booklets. Farm Rhythm includes two poems (one marked for choral reading) and the four sing-along songs from the CD. Illustrated with excerpts from "The Dream Book"- the Sears, Roebuck catalog.

Jokes. Four jokes in which the farmer has the last word. Two sets of large-print scripts on cards.

Book. Selections from Morning Chores and Other Times Remembered by Hadley Read, the book upon which the media presentation and booklet are based.
